Return & Cancellation Policy for purchase on www.selectedfinds.co.uk

Need to return an item you purchased online? There are a few ways you can do this, but you will need to return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Return and Refund items received within 14 days, no questions asked!
Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item if return is not due to damage before receipt.

We recommend that you send items by tracked postal service. Selected Finds will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf. If we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage from your Post office or applicable returns service location.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of postage or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.

Once your returned items have been received, you will receive the refund within 14 days. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment that you used to pay for your order.

Return and Refund for items incorrectly delivered, faulty, or damaged, we will handle it!

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our info@selectedfinds.co.uk team immediately, quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items.

Please follow below procedures to arrange return or replacement:

  1. contact our Customer Service Team at info@selectedfinds.co.uk with photo of damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 48 hours
  2. Once confirmed, we will share return label to you
  3. Return damaged/faulty/incorrect items to us with return label and original order form
  4. Once received damaged/faulty/incorrect items, we will initiate refund / replacement to you within 14 days.
  5. Once your returned items have been received, your refunds will be issued to the original method of payment in 10 working days, depending on your card provider.

We can accept cancellation of an order up to 2 hours from it being placed. please kindly contact us through info@selectedfinds.co.uk to arrange cancellation.

If you wish to return an item purchased from one of our stores, please return that item direct to that store where they will assist.

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in the above policy.
